Organizing for a Fresh Start

You’re not alone.

Most people find it difficult to get and stay organized. It’s a challenge to find a place for everything, whether it’s in the right container, the correct drawer, or the donation box. I’ll bring the knowledge, energy, and motivation to help organize the stuff that’s most important to you—and find a new home for the rest.

Organize a single space… or your whole home.

I help with closets, kitchens, pantries, dining rooms, bedrooms, garages, basements, kids’ rooms, offices, laundry rooms, bathrooms, china cabinets, art rooms, collectibles, paper files, photos, storage rooms, tools, linens, dishes, clothing, toys, donations, and everything else in between!

Our Process

1

Decluttering

Decluttering is a key first step of the process. As I help you organize, we must declutter what we are going to organize. We need to determine what items should remain and what items should find new homes.

I will ask you questions about how recently you have used an item, what your future plans are for using an item, how many of similar item you need, and provide recommendations for how to determine if you need to let things go.

2

Organizing

Organization is personal. We all use items differently and need to have certain items grouped together to better structure our day-to-day lives. I ask questions to figure out how you work in a given area, and I put your items away so you can easily get to those you need most often.

I may suggest organizing products that might help, but I don’t believe you need to purchase lots of storage products to be able to get organized. Of course, if you want matching organizing products, I can help you get the right ones.

3

Upkeep

Yes, upkeep is important. We all have habits that can make it challenging to get—and stay—more organized. I’m here to partner with you, to learn how you think, and then coach you on the easiest methods to keep your space organized and functioning for you

Everything you own and have to take care of occupies valuable real estate in your brain. So let’s take a few minutes now, make sure everything has a home, and save a lot of stress with upkeep down the road.

No judging.
Just great ideas and lots of enthusiasm.

My belief is this: Everyone has different gifts, and we all need help once in a while. In our busy world, not everyone has time to come up with their own system of organization. When I enter your home, there’s no judgment. There’s just excitement about coming up with great solutions to make your life easier. I will listen to your issues and concerns, and then come up with a plan to tackle your project.

it improves by making changes.”
